Medical & Healthcare Deliveries
When we handle deliveries on behalf of clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, or other healthcare clients, we treat any associated information as confidential and handle it under the chain-of-custody and privacy obligations agreed with our client.
We do not access the contents of sealed medical packages, and access to delivery records for healthcare clients is restricted to authorized personnel with a documented operational need.
Section 06
Data Retention
We retain personal information for the period required to deliver our services, meet our regulatory and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Operational records such as proof of delivery and dispatch logs are retained for the duration mandated by applicable laws and any contractual requirements with the booking client.
When information is no longer required, we securely delete or de-identify it.
Section 07
Security
We protect personal information using a combination of administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, secure data hosting, and ongoing staff training.
While no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we work continuously to keep our security controls current and proportionate to the sensitivity of the data we handle.
