Terms of Service

The ground rules for working with GGrewal Logistics.

These Terms cover what you can expect from our services, what we ask in return, and how we handle the day-to-day realities of moving freight on tight timelines.

Effective: May 27, 2026

Section 01

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, dispatch services, and online platform operated by GGrewal Logistics ("GGrewal Logistics," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our services or submitting a request for service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Section 02

Services We Provide

GGrewal Logistics provides courier, medical delivery, scheduled route, on-call dispatch, and final-mile logistics services across our published service area. Service availability, timing windows, and pricing are confirmed on a per-engagement basis through dispatch or your service agreement.

We may update, expand, or discontinue specific service lines from time to time. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated to you in advance.

Section 03

Bookings and Service Requests

Service requests may be submitted by phone, email, the contact form on this website, or through any client platform we provide. A booking becomes confirmed once acknowledged by our dispatch team or by automated confirmation through our platform.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of pickup and drop-off addresses, recipient details, and any handling or compliance instructions provided.
  • Special handling — including cold chain, hazardous materials, and controlled substances — must be disclosed at the time of booking and may require additional documentation.
  • Quoted timing windows assume reasonable access at the pickup and drop-off locations and standard road and weather conditions.

Section 04

Pricing, Invoicing & Payment

Pricing is provided by quote or established under a signed service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are issued upon completion of service and are payable within the terms stated on the invoice.

Accounts may be charged additional fees for waiting time, redelivery, address corrections, after-hours service outside the agreed window, and shipments that exceed the disclosed size, weight, or handling profile.

Overdue accounts may be subject to interest and recovery costs as permitted by law, and we may suspend service until outstanding amounts are resolved.

Section 05

Your Responsibilities

To allow us to perform safely and on time, you agree to:

  • Package shipments securely and in accordance with carrier and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that all required permits, customs documentation, and labels are in place before pickup.
  • Provide accurate recipient contact information so that exceptions can be resolved quickly.
  • Not request the transport of items that are unlawful, restricted, or excluded from our service (see below).

Section 06

Prohibited and Restricted Items

We do not transport items that are illegal to possess or transport under applicable Canadian or destination law. Additional restrictions may apply based on the route, vehicle, or driver certification.

  • Illegal narcotics and controlled substances outside an authorized medical or pharmacy program.
  • Live animals, human remains (other than properly documented medical specimens), and perishable food outside a pre-approved program.
  • Firearms, explosives, ammunition, and weapons of any kind.
  • Unlabeled or undeclared hazardous materials.
  • Cash, bullion, and negotiable instruments above any limits stated in your service agreement.

Section 07

Liability and Claims

Our liability for loss of or damage to a shipment is limited to the amount stated in your applicable service agreement or, in the absence of one, to the lesser of the actual documented value of the shipment and any maximum liability published in our standard rate sheet.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or operational downtime, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Claims must be submitted in writing within fifteen (15) days of the delivery or scheduled delivery date, accompanied by supporting documentation. Failure to submit within this window may result in the claim being denied.

Section 08

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, civil disturbance, road closures, regulatory actions, labour disruption, public health emergencies, or failures of third-party infrastructure.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to GGrewal Logistics and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Section 10

Acceptable Use of Our Website and Platform

You agree to use our website and any platform we provide only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of these services. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or use automated tools to scrape content without our written permission.

Section 11

Third-Party Links and Services

Our website and communications may contain links to third-party sites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party site is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

Section 12

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are breached, if an account is past due, or if continuing service would expose either party to legal, regulatory, or safety risk. Sections of these Terms that are intended to survive termination — including liability, claims, and intellectual property — will continue to apply.

Section 13

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The courts located in the Province of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of our services, except where a service agreement specifies otherwise.

Section 14

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page, and where appropriate, we will provide direct notice to active clients. Continued use of our services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
